Payment policy 

For payment, you can choose from card payment, bank account payment, convenience store payment, page payment, and smartphone payment.

Card payment (via PayPal, via KOMOJU)

You can use the following credit cards or debit cards:

* We have introduced PayPal's online payment service that supports secure card payments. PayPal is a payment service used all over the world.

Bank account payment (via PayPal/KOMOJU)

You can use the following bank accounts.

 

 

* We have introduced PayPal's online payment service that supports safe bank account payments. To pay with a bank account, please log into your account and set up direct debit with the above bank account.

If you set up account transfer, the identity verification procedure will also be completed.

* When using KOMOJU, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

*When returning an order for bank account payment (via KOMOJU), refunds will only be made with gift cards that can be used on this site. The transfer fee paid cannot be refunded.

 

Convenience store payment (via KOMOJU)

The following convenience stores are available.

* A handling fee of ¥190 will be charged separately.

*We will issue a receipt number for convenience store payment when you place your order, so please save it as a screenshot or a memo, check it, and then make the payment at the convenience store you specified.

*Payment instructions will be sent to the email address specified separately from no-reply@komoju.com.

If you do not receive the e-mail, it is due to the filter settings of your carrier.

* If you do not know the payment number, please place a new order. The payment number will be displayed when reordering, so please save it as a memo or screenshot.

* If payment cannot be confirmed within 2 days after payment, it will be automatically canceled.

*When returning an order that was paid for at a convenience store (via KOMOJU), we will refund only with a gift card that can be used on this site. The separate KOMOJU payment fee cannot be refunded.

 

Pay-easy payment (via KOMOJU)

You can complete the payment using ATM or online transfer.

*The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

*When returning an order for pay-easy payment (via KOMOJU), we will refund only with a gift card that can be used on this site. The transfer fee paid cannot be refunded.

 

Smartphone payment (via KOMOJU)

You can use the following smartphone payment services.

 

*When purchasing with smartphone payment, there is no handling fee for the customer.

*When you pay from your LINE Pay balance, the refund is usually immediate, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to complete the refund to your LINE Pay balance.

* If you paid with a card in LINE Pay (credit card, Line Pay card, etc.), the number of days until the refund isLinePay supportPlease contact us.

*Refunds will be made according to the payment method when returning an order for Merpay or PayPay. When the product is canceled or refunded, it may not be refunded immediately and it may take some time to be reflected in the balance.

*If you paid with a credit card in PayPay, the number of days it takes for a refund will vary depending on the card company.
